Common questions

Who are your clients?

We work only with businesses (B2B): SaaS companies, agencies, e-commerce brands and professional service firms that want to automate work or launch new software.

How do you price projects?

After a free discovery call we send a written proposal. Projects are fixed price per milestone; ongoing work is a monthly retainer. Nothing is billed before you approve the proposal.

How do I pay?

We send an invoice for each milestone or month. You can pay by bank transfer or by card through a secure payment link.

Who owns the code and the workflows?

You do. When the final invoice for a deliverable is paid, all source code, workflows and documentation for it belong to you.

How do you handle our data?

We use your data only to deliver the project. We sign an NDA on request, use least-privilege access, and remove our access when the project ends. See our Privacy Policy.
