This policy explains how Nextshift Labs LLC (“Nextshift Labs”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit nextshiftlabs.si or work with us.

• Contact details you send us, such as your name, work email, company and message.
• Billing details needed to invoice you, such as company name, billing address and tax ID. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Basic technical data from our web server, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept in server logs for security.
• Client project data that you give us access to during a project. We process it only on your instructions.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and provide our services.
• To send invoices, take payments and keep accounting records.
• To keep our website and systems secure.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use client project data to train AI models.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, email, banking and payment processing providers, and only as needed. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

4. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Retention

We keep inquiry emails for up to 24 months, billing records for as long as tax law requires, and client project data only for the length of the project unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and least-privilege accounts. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

7. Your rights
